Scenario: You’re keen to “support local.” You approach a local business and inquire about ordering through them rather than online. They drop the ball by either never getting back to you, or refusing to provide the service.
That’s what happened to me. After asking several local retailers to order a product for me, and getting no help… I’ve ordered online.
